Synthesis Architects designed an existing building to be converted into a Maserati/Alfa Romeo Dealership Sales and Service Administration Facility for Stellantis Realty. The building renovation was designed to meet stringent local municipal approvals, State building codes, and meet the Stellantis Brand Standard requirements for the Maserati/Alfa Romeo image program. Synthesis provided concept plans and elevations, design guidelines, consultant coordination and construction documents.
