Car Dealership Expansion & Renovation

Synthesis Architects developed concept for major car dealership expansion. The renovation converted existing facility to brand new dealership: Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram (CJDR).

The project scope consisted of a demolition, renovation and expansion of an existing 15,000 sf dealership to over 40,800 sf. The auto dealership included additions to: showroom, service administration area, service drive, service department. The new design reconfigured major use areas on two levels to improve facility operations and provide better customer satisfaction.

The project also included site design, paving and storm water retention system. All revisions and additions were designed to meet Chrysler Design Standards.

Renovation and new 5,500 square foot addition to dealership. Renovations expanded the existing customer contact areas and showroom and designed to meet the major elements of image program.

The project scope also included a service drive/service administration addition, area evaluation for potential dealership expansion and redesign of the exterior facades.
