Synthesis Architects provided design services to an existing 12,500 SF VW showroom to add a service drive and renovate showroom space. The renovation and reconfiguration includes a portion of the existing service, parts and parking areas on each level to be modified to create enclosed/conditioned space for vehicle display and customer sales. Approximately 900 SF of the existing open roof top parking will be enclosed for customer vehicle delivery and an additional 700 SF deck added for a garden area. Total estimated renovation areas for all floors is approximately 17,000 SF.
