Lexus of Latham

Synthesis Architects designed a luxury auto dealership showroom addition, 2,500 sf. The space is dramatic with a 2 story ceiling height and incorporates a sophisticated lighting scheme to enhance the appearance of displayed vehicles. The showroom accentuates the overall sense of luxury.

The renovation also integrated other areas of auto facility to improve operation efficiency and customer satisfaction. Improvements include: a service facility with a two-story parts department, a new three-bay service drive and a delivery salon. The dealership expansion increased overall square footage from 12,000 square foot to 17,000 square foot.
